ok I am back by public demand. People seem to need wit, so I will do the best I can if I miss by a mile then at least you will all know I have tried. Fortunately there are actually many funny things to put on here so off we go.
I am, as some of you will know extremely blessed in the hair department, I have luscious dark hair on my head, legs, armpits well I'll stop there but you obviously get the picture so after trying pretty much everything from electrolysis, wax, shaving, plucking etc. I have succumbed to petty advertisements and bought the new epillator or as I now call it the torture devise! Hurts like nobodies business but after about four hours work each day for a week I am hair free. An it is pretty much guaranteed to stay like that for at least a week and a half then I can look forward to another 7 days of torture. Lucky me hey!
But that was last week, this week has been a mixed bag of craziness. Worked all week then Thursday I went shopping for a dress couldn't find one so mollified myself by buying a bottle of pinot grigio. Of all things I got I.D'd. LMAO seriously? Friday night helped in my aunties pub and didn't get home while 2am. Then Saturday morning it was the start of my 30th birthday, now I know I don't look it but it is true and after several weeks of anxious worrying. I had to get up and look in the mirror. Did I have more wrinkles, more grey hair, had I gained 2 stone. What I found was the same face I have had for quite some time, I was quite surprised by that but happy!
So anyway then my wonderful, gorgeous lifesaver of a sister came to my rescue and the 2 of us went rushing round meadowhall to find a dress. Thankfully, the first one I tried on seem to be the right one! So with a little gold bling courtesy of accessorize I decided I would do. So sushi back at mine first then I set about the mammoth task of cleaning my house. So what felt like 10 billion hours later I had to drop my little un at her grandmas and get back asap to get ready. Now unfortunately my lovely sister Virginia turned up again to take pictures. The unfortunate part is obviously the photographic evidence rather than my sister turning up! ha ha so after getting ready and all my lovely friends turning up it was time to get out on the tiles! and for now I'm going to have to sign off lots more to tell you next time. so tune in, same time, same place for more adventures in mellymoosmind :)
